I dont know if this problem just because my phone or the app. I cant track my device from web. I also asked this problem to avg support and did their advice but nothing changes like clear the data from my phone, log out account from web, etc. I also had reinstal my avg, but nothing happen. So maybe some one can help me solve this problem ?
