Tracking/cookies don't show unless I restart

Hello Steve,

We apologize for the inconvenience. This isn't the expected behaviour of AVG TuneUp.
Initially, we request you you to mention the program version of the AVG TuneUp installed in your computer.
If it's the 20.1 version, please follow the below steps to repair your AVG TuneUp program:
Control Panel > Programs & Features > Program List > Find AVG TuneUp in that list > Right click on AVG TuneUp & click on Uninstall > A window will open prompting Repair/Uninstall > Proceed with the repair.

Doing Maintenance scan Tracking/cookies and browsing/download history show no issues found.
But if I restart hundreds show up.
