Transactions I don't recognize and with no identifiable name

Let us explain this clearly. You have ordered AVG Internet Security - Unlimited on 8/1/19, AVG Password protection on 6/19/19, renewed AVG Secure VPN for Windows on 7/9/19 and purchased AVG TuneUp on 2/13/19. That's why you see the continuous charges for AVG in the last 3 months.

Hi,

I've recently had 116.09 euros taken from my account on the 06/08/2019 and 63.98 taken from my account on 02/8/2019. I've renewed a few subscriptions but nothing I've renewed has been this expensive to my knowledge. Can I be informed what subscription this money was debited from my account to renew? I also want to ask if when an amount is debited from my account that the details contain some information telling me it's from Avg security as I only see a jumble of digits and numbers which I always have to ask my bank to verify where this transaction came from. I know these transactions came from AVG since the details have similarities from various charges I've asked my bank about before. I've been asked quite a few times by AVG to renew my various subscriptions and it feels like I've been renewing them every few months.

I actually need to apologize about the 116.09 transaction. I had recently gotten a passport renewal and didn't realize the charge of 116.09 was for that and not AVG, it's just that the details looked very similar on my bank statement for my passport and my avg debits. Would it be possible for the details to be assigned some sort of name to associate them with AVG to avoid future confusion?
