Buongiorno venerdi 17/12/2021 alle 14:09 mi sono trovato sulla mia carta di credito un addebito di 89,99 euro per un abbonamento a AVG (DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES) che non ho mai nè autorizzato nè firmato.
Richiedo gentilmente la cancellazione della transazione con il rimborso della somma prelevata.
Nel caso ho già contattato la mia banca e mi ha consigliato di procedere con la denuncia alla polizia postale.

Buongiorno oggi 8/08/2020 mi sono trovato sulla mia carta di credito un addebito di 89,99 euro per il rinnovo dell'abbonamento al pacchetto Internet Security (transazione n° 5216-0197135) che non ho mai nè autorizzato nè firmato.
Richiedo gentilmente la cancellazione della transazione con il rimborso della somma prelevata.
