Transfer AVG Ultimate from PC Windows to mobile Android

Hallo,
I bought AVG Ultimate for 10 devices (probably Windows PCs) and use it on 2 PCs only. Can I transfer it free to my Android mobile (Samsung) with all functions, i.e. Internet Security and also TuneUp, Secure VPN and AntiTrack? 
I found on Play Store  only simple Free AVG version for android, without additional functions or the offer to buy Ultimate version for android once more. Is any solution for transfer?
