The purchased complete package, which is installed on the Windows PC, I would like to use synonymous on my Mac. So far, I have only managed to load the standard version. When trying to install a new version of the link via download I fail because the AVG program does not close and therefore can not delete.

When you open AVG Antivirus in Mac, you would see 'Computer' and Web&Email' component active.
The other two components will be 'Hacker Attacks' and 'Payments' which will soon be released and it is under testing process.
Hence, we request you to click on "Log In" available on the top of the interface and enter your AVG MyAccount credentials.
This will help you to get the other two features updated automatically when we release it.
We would like to check the existing AVG Antivirus that you have installed on Mac as you experience issues in closing the program.
