Transfer from Acer to MacBook

I'm afraid your current subscription for AVG Secure VPN can be used on Windows devices only.
It can not be installed on a Mac.

I currently have an ACER  Aspire Laptop and looking at purchasing a MacBook.  Can the AVG VPN be transferred to the MacBook.  Best Regards Stuart
