Am still having trouble. I think the problem is arising because to make sure the new computer was safe whilst transferring files from the old computer I installed AVG Free version. My licence is coming up for renewal so I have now renewed and clicked on the links and selected "paid version" but the window that opens is the Free version with options to update. In all my efforts I can not get an activation box to open.

I have un-installed AVG Internet security from my old computer which was running Windows XP. I want to transfer my product to my "new" computer which runs Windows 7. I have tried to follow the on screen instructions but no box appears where I can fill in my licence number.
