Transfer my AVG to new PC

Hi,
My hard drive seems to be failing and it's likely I'll have to replace it shortly. As my PC is very old, I'm inclined to replace the whole PC. Is it possible to transfer my account to a new PC and re-install my AVG protection, bearing in mind that my current account would still appear to be active on my defunct computer?
