Transfer of licence to new computer

Followed instructions about how to transfer, but first uninstalling from old machine.  Then attempted to install to new machine.  However, when asked for licence number, requested email to me, but message not advising licence for internet security, even though only renewed few months ago (order 701-7347228)
To try and protect until this can be resolved, just installed anti-virus free, but want to have active paid for subscription as soon as possible.

I see that you have purchased the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) which doesn't have a license number.
It's activation is by entering the AVG my account username and password.
Please open the AVG user interface and check whether your email address is displayed at the top?
If it is not displayed and if option as "CONNECT" is present, please click on it and select "Log into existing account" or "Log in as admin"
Enter the AVG my account username and password and click on log in.
Once this is done, check whether the Internet Security is installed and there should be no free or trial notices on it.
