Hello Michael,
We understand your concern.
Please be informed that you can go ahead in installing AVG on the new PC if the old one is crashed.
As per our record we see that the license of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) expires on 23rd February 2019.
The AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) expires on 6th December 2017.
The AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) license expires on 17th June 2017.
Would you like to install both AVG Antivirus and AVG PC TuneUp on your new computer?
My original Windows PC crashed last week and cannot be restored. I have purchased a new PC.
1. How can the Licences be transferred to the new PC?
2. I note that I have two anti-virus licenses issued for terms which expire in June 2017 and in March 2019. My mistake! I paid for the second one before I realised that the period was already covered. Can I claim a refund?
