Hi,

I recently switch to iPhone 12 from my Android, and have tried my subscription unsuccessfully on my iPhone… Once I taped the "UPGRADE then Already Purchased", the APP tried to retreive my subscription from my iTune Store account instead of letting me to log in manually with email and password. Can you assist me by sending me the instruction, please?
