I’ve been trying without success to transfer my subscription from my old android phone to my new iOS account. Each time I add my subscription code to the „restore subscription „ box, it tells me Purchase Failed please send the purchase log to the avg support team. Where can I find this purchase log? and who do I send it to? No information is provided for me to do this!
(my subscription lasts until nov 2024. )
