Lets get straight on point. I bought AVG Ultimate Multi 1 year on avastavg.in
But then got Avast recommended after licence activation. The UI, ad ons etc.on Avast seem much more suited to me and the overall computing experience than AVGs (AVG is fine too). Is it possible for you guys to transform this license (or make this void and give me a new licence) from AVG to Avast? I'm ready to pay the surplus amount according to the current prices on avastavg.in (Its around 200INR). P. S. - I had bought it on 8-July-2020. Hoping for a positive response)

We're afraid as the existing subscription cannot be transformed to another.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to check if the option to modify the subscription is available with the reseller from where you've purchased.
If not, you can request a refund for the recent purchase & re-subscribe to the desired subscription.
