If the system freeze and cursor issue because of threat, it will be fixed after the reinstallation of OS. As you are still facing same issue even after the reinstallation, the issue might due to device hardware.
Have you allowed remote access recently to any third party support?
Let us know the name of Pirated Software which you used.
If possible, please change the mouse in your PC and check whether cursor working fine.

My pc started having freezes and weird behaviour after I used some pirated software. It also wouldn't let me right click on avg tray icon,moving my cursor everytime I tried to do so. I did a fresh OS install, formatted my hdd/ssd and I also scanned with avg (quick/deep/preboot + tried avg_remover_slt + second opinion scans from other products) and all of these returned 0 malware detection. Is this a bug?
I scares me since I nuked my drives and this issue persists.
