It is also referred to as the AVG Dashboard.
I tried adding my andriod phone. On the phone it says "Now you can see your device information from computer". But I can't. How do I access the page from my PC so that I can see my phone?
How can I tell what trial version of Internet Security I'm running?
Cindy, the window displays the message as you are using the trial version of AVG Internet Security.
The installed version is actually 2017 and the program version has to be checked by clicking on "About" which is above subscriptions.
Thanks for your response. So, are you saying that in fact the Internet Security product does not allow me to control all of my devices from my PC as is described in the information about the product? I no longer have Zen on my PC so I won't be able to see any other devices from my PC. Is that correct? I will only purchase if I can control other devices from my PC. I'm still confused.

I see that you have installed AVG Internet Security - Unlimited trial with your email address. I request you to install AVG Internet Security- Unlimited trial version (http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Internet_Security_1816.exe) using the same email address on your Mother's computer. Then you will able to see/control your Mother's computer AVG from your location/computer.

I understand your confusion, let me explain it to you.
With AVG management console, you can create a free AVG Network that allows you to remotely view the status of AVG apps installed on any of your connected computers and Mac. You can also add more devices to your AVG Network, install AVG apps on your other computers, Mac and even invite your family members to join your network. Zen Network has been recently removed from Android Devices as Zen has reached its EOL (End of Life) for mobile devices and hence you cannot view your Android devices from PC.

Cindy, please be informed that AVG Zen has been removed after the latest Android AVG Antivirus/AVG Cleaner updates. So you will not able to see Android AVG Antivirus/AVG Cleaner on your laptop AVG Zen/AVG dashboard. Regarding the message "Now you can see your device information from computer": This is a old AVG Zen features, we are aware about this, our developers team are working on a fix, this message will get removed soon.
