I have an AVG Tuneup subscription for 1year since January 2019.
Why do I keep receiving the message that my trial period has expired

On checking your screenshot, we could see that you have an older version of AVG PC Tune Up.

Please uninstall the older version from the control panel and reinstall the new version from our official AVG website https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=GSE-2019
