The bit version shouldn't be an issue.
Provide the screenshot of error that you received during the installation.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Try installing PC TuneUp using 32 bit version available in this https://www.avg.com/installation-files-prd-tuh website available under "Online Installer".

Hi, I tried to install AVG PC Tuneup for the first time , but it won't install because my computer is a 64 bit and the software is for 32 bit. How do I fix that?
