Triple billed! cancel my subscription and refund

I received an email to renew- at the time, Jan 4, 2020, I paid 69.99 via paypal. Then on Jan 27, 2020  my credit card was also billed for 139.99. It caused huge problems and put a fraud block on my account. The bank said it was an auto renewal, which I never authorized. I'm very dissatisfied and want all cancelled and to be refunded all payments. I see this has happened to MANY other people.
