Additional info: Windows Xp Home Edition SP3, running AVG Anti-Virus Free ver. 2015.0.6086 on this desktop, but I have AVG Internet Security on my Laptop ver. 2015.0.6025 they are both on a Wi-Fi home network.

I have the trojan horse agent5.aets on my PC. In the community I saw a rep from AVG's response to someone else that we should contact support and they would send an email documenting how to remove. That is what I am doing. AVG please HELP me remove this trojan !!

Did an an UPDATE lasnight and re scanned whole computer and had a clean bill of health no threats detected

OH…he emailed me and said he didn't finish so he's back and we are progressing with the steps…
Up to this point it's been about an hour and a half connection. Now waiting for the reconnection on chat and takeover of my PC by AVG technician to finish up.
