Trojan Horse continually detected by this product but no others!

Your senior team finally managed to install the 2016 version and lo and behold the Trojan Horse has once again shown up.

Every time I scan usig AVG, it detects a Trojan Horse .jse file in the System age detect. Every other program I check this with shows no sign of this virus.

I have used malwarebytes, Emsisoft and extermiante and none of these have detected this virus.

I understand there have been problems with viruses being detected and not being there. Is this the case with my computer.
