Trojan horse generic_S

Yesterday I deleted the contents of the My Documents folder and there copied my files from backup, so I have not seen their text file decryption. Now have it in .bmp file, may I upload it? The virus is CTB-Locker

So try what he said. So from what i gather is you got hit by what is called ransomware . The only realistic option you have to do a factory install meaning you will loose all information  on your HD. So try to see if their not just hidden  and hope thats all that is the issue.  Other wise your outa luck.

Hi Peter,
In order to analyze it please provide us with GMER and AVG scan result export.
Thanks

Hello, Today Avg told me that it had found and removed Trojan horse generic_s. Immediately after that, I found that all my files are modified and become unusable. To the extension of each file is added - .spwyhqd, but change the file name does not fix things. Is there a chance to be fixed my files?
Peter

I was not able to find any information  about the file type you mentioned.  I have forwarded this to Escalations for you.
