Trojan horse Generic38.AFLR

Hello - I am hoping you can help me.

Every day, I receive a message saying that AVG has found Trojan horse Generic38.AFLR on my computer.  Each time I ask to have it removed, but it constantly reappears.  Today there were three such messages:

Trojan horse Generic38.AFLR, c:\Users\CATHY\AppData\Local\Temp\Windows3814533108471668791.dll
"";"Trojan horse Generic38.AFLR, c:\Users\CATHY\AppData\Local\Temp\Windows5917790331918834761.dll"

I tried running other Malware programs, but none picked up any problems.  Why is AGV the only one to find this, and how do I get rid of it?  I am a senior, so please be patient with me.
