This is a very late response but I would still like to update you of the status.
I asked one of my colleague for assistance. He was able to solve the virus threat. He actually told me that AVG was able to restrain the virus. Truth be told, I did not understand a thing on his explanation. You see, he explained the nature of the virus (that, I understood) and then, he told me how he solved everything (that, I did not). It was full of jargons; I am deficient in skill on understanding those. He mentioned a lot about my anti-virus, your service, and I would like to extend my gratitude on its well performance. Also, you did respond on my seek for immediate plea, on the same day of my inquiry. I greatly appreciate it. Once again, thank you! Your service was worth the pay!
I use AVG Internet security paid version. I downloaded a file that contained a virus. I was oblivious of its hidden content. AVG detects it and suggests its removal. I always confirm the action. However, every 4 minutes or so, the detection returns. I remove it again and the cycle goes on. I keep removing the virus but with its persistence, it keeps on coming back. I have observed the different names of the object it has infiltrated. The infected objects (that were removed, as what AVG says) are always on the Temp folder. I am in fear for my computer's stability. Your immediate response would be very appreciated. Mayhap you can suggest how I could remove it. Thank you very much.
