I have removed this threat over 10x times now it will not go from my pc i have put it in quarantine removed it from the pc deleted it and it wont go i dont know what else to do it keeps using the command lines to do this and i dont know how to fix it

i keep receiving this message everytime i load my computer and whilst using it too there isnt a specific action this requires for it to appear it just pops up approximately 10 times a day
