Trojan Warning that won't go away

I'm still awaiting an answer.  Ten minutes into working on my computer today, a new day, the message has not reappeared.   But there is still nothing in the quarantine.  Will update in a few hours time with latest.

I keep getting a warning and it won't go away when I click on Close or X.  It keeps repeating.
It says "We have safely blocked this file in quarantine" but yet when I go to quarantine there is nothing there. What should I do?  John.

John, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for providing screenshot. It seems, AVG Anti-spam and Mailwasher are conflicting each other and AVG blocking Mailwasher. May I know if you have paid version of Mailwasher application? If yes, then you can add this application to AVG exception (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > general > exception), if you have not purchased Mailwasher then you can uninstall this application from your computer (control panel > program and features).
