I suggest you to remove AVG Cleaner and reinstall it once and check if that fixes the issue.

Once removed, you can install the AVG Cleaner from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-Cleaner-for-Mac
Please make sure that you're using the same Credentials to Login into the AVG Cleaner.

I appreciate your patience. I would like to inform you that this is a bug and we are aware of it. Our developers are working on this to fix the issue.
Trying to install AVG Tuneup Unlimited and it is asking me to log into AVG Cleaner through my AVG MyAccount. Use my credentials and it doesn't log in correctly. I can access AVG MyAccount from Goggle Chrome and can log into system with no problem. Why does the AVG Cleaner login information not work when trying to install the program on a Mac?
