I apologize for the inconvenience. The instructions you have received is for the older version. In the current release, the AVG Zen dashboard has been removed and the activation steps have been changed. If you have installed AVG on your PC, please open AVG Free/ Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > click Login and Enter your Myaccount credentials to activate the product.

Have just purchased AVG ultimate and to activate it says open your existing AVG which is the AVG free version and then click on the connect button on the right hand top corner but this is not present. What now do I download AVG ZEN ???
