Trouble getting into my Facebook and searching on Firefox

I subscribed to AVG Ultimate 10-24-22. My hard drive corrupted a few days later and I bought a new PC. 11-10-22 I called AVG tech # and asked  how to set up my security on my new PC. He got me set up. I also asked if there was a way to keep me from having to sign into my email, Facebook and other accounts each time I turn on my PC.  The man stepped me through settings to do this. It seems to be working on everything but Facebook. Now when I go to my browser Firefox and click on Facebook, it most of time won't load. Also, I am not able to do searchs on Firefox. What is going on?  I need help!
