When I try to install the new AVG virus protection, I get this error message:

Service ‘AVG Firewall’ (avgfws) could not be stopped.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.

Severity: Error
Error code: 0xC0070643
Error message: General internal error
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to install the product.

I get the same error message if I try and uninstall AVG 2014.
