Trouble installing AVG Ultimate

I´m also getting this error code: 0xe0060007…

And when I logged in to My Account in my browser, it says that I have one subscription; AVG Ultimate. But when I check My Order History it says "We have found no records of your orders in our system."

I´m confused… what do I do to solve this?

I bought the AVG Ultimate, but I´m having trouble installing it. I keep getting this error code: 0xe0018e02.

May I know the operating system installed on your PC?
We request you to try using our AVG remover tool and install the AVG Ultimate.
