Sarah, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit 2015 Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system. Hi - I've had some computer problems (DELL Latitude E6410 Laptop) and somehow AVG got turned off. Now it won't turn on. I triend uninstalling it so I could start with a fresh download, but it won't do it. It looks like it's working but the uninstall just keeps looping (for hours, if I let it go). I downloaded a fresh version anyway (worked fine), but it won't install. I get this message:
Error Code: 0xC0070643
Error Mssg: General internal error.
Additional Mssg: MSI Enging: Failed to install the product
Context: AVG product installation, MSI action failed.
Could someone please help me with this? I really love the product and am extremely vulnerable without it.
