Hello Susannah. I would request you to restart your PC once and then try to restore the file.

Same problem here since 11th of June.
After two days of trying I have no clue what to do next. I am using the free AVG version. Please help.

My Windows 8 Audio Service isn't working because AVG 2015 AntiVirus mistakenly quarantined it to the Virus Vault. In trying to "Restore" the file, I get a "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." Any suggestions?
