I am sorry to hear that. Please be informed that when you install AVG Ultimate in your computer, the shortcut icon will be created automatically in your desktop. If there is no shortcut created then, you can create a new shortcut by searching for AVG from start menu and right click on the AVG icon from the search option and select "Create Shortcut" or "Pin to Taskbar". This should create the shortcut, if you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
I have purchased the AVG Ultimate program for my pc with Windows 10 operating system but have been unable to setup the shortcut. Any suggestions? I have download the same program on the laptop without a problem.
