Trouble with reactivation

My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please be informed that, AVG Zen has been removed from the latest version of AVG Internet Security (for Windows computer and also for android device) which is why you're experiencing issues with it's activation using old/previous instruction steps.
You can follow the instruction to activate AVG Internet Security on your Windows computers.
Note: You have to use login option to activate AVG Internet Security.
If you wish, I can send you an email with your invoice attachment, you have AVG Internet Security- unlimited, expires on 4/18/2019.

I've paid, and I have done the reactivation in Zen, but none of our products are protected apart from that computer. When I log in to my account the first thing I see is:

Your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription has expired

Your subscription has expired, and you now have only the basic coverage of AVG AntiVirus FREE. Renew now to get back your full coverage.

I have paid, I can't download the invoice though as that is having issues too.  What's going on please?? HELP? I paid good money to protect my family.. and get nothing.

Sandra, I have sent you an email containing your invoice. Please check your inbox and spam box as well. I have also included the instructions to activate AVG on your Android devices in the email.

please do send me the email with invoice.  How do I get all the mobile phones activated? Will the email also tell me this?
