Truster Rapport being flagged as a potential Ransomware threat?

Hello Terry,

For security reasons, AVG should have reported it as a ransomware threat.
However, if the application is trusted it can be added to trusted list.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Privacy" and select "Open" under Ransomware protection.
Click on "Blocked apps" and select Truster Rapport. Remove it from blocked list.
Click on "Allowed apps" and add Truster Rapport to the list.
Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

For the first time ever (only after today's new update), AVG ransom protection has flagged "Truster Rapport" as a potential ransomware attack.  AVG said it was trying to access one of my protected folders.

"Truster Rapport" is supplied, and strongly recommended, many financial institutions to keep transactions secure.  It has been out for at least a couple of years.  Why is it now being flagged as a potential threat?
