Hello Mike. Is iTunes installed on your computer? If not, please install it and try to clean your iPad again. If iTunes is installed and you are still unable to scan the iPad, it is an issue with iOS 8.3. This is a known issue and we are working with Apple to resolve the issue. i am running avg 2015 V15.0.1001.373 on windows V7. I am also running iPad model MC769LL/A , IOS V 8.3.
When i try to use avg to clean up my ipad, i get "unexpected error 0xC0070422"
I noticed a previous post on this had no solution.
Can i get a workaround or should i install a new version???
