I have an AVG Ultimate subscription and didn't realise that this also included AntiTrack.
I downloaded AntiTrack and it is telling me to use an activation code to activate. On my account page it says the activation code is XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX (6-6-6) however AntiTrack is telling me that I need to enter the code in 4-4-4-4-4 format - therefore the code being provided for AntiTrack on my account page isn't working. I can't find any way to contact AVG other than through this community feed site.

We see that an older version has been installed on your computer. Hence, it requires 20 digit code.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to uninstall the existing version & install the latest version of AVG AntiTrack.
