Trying to activate my new license number

Hello Sam,
I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Enter license number. If you see your email address, then please click on logout button. After that, you will be able to see Enter license number option.

Hi,
I'm trying to activate my new license number but the instructions in the email don't work. I have tried going to 'Menu' and selecting 'About' but it doesn't bring up the subscription option to enter it and i don't have an 'Options' menu where i can select 'reactivate' either- how do i proceed?
