Trying to cancel subscription

I would like to inform you that the Auto Renewal has already been cancelled and you will not be charged in future.

I'm also trying to cancel my subscription but seem to be going round in circles. Have logged into my account as instructed but nothing listed under My Products!! Therefore unable to cancel.
I haven't been using AVG since purchasing a new laptop over a year ago but had previously paid for a 2 year period, which is due for renewal 20th November but is no longer needed, as I already have protection.
Please help as I cannot afford to pay £72.99 for something I'm not going to use.
