The avg tune up is due to be taken from my account 20/21 Oct 18, so I don't understand why you can't find something you are charging me for monthly to date!
Also, my complaint is not about the refund for secure VPN but seeing as you decided to mention it I had to make calls to your office after sending emails requesting a refund to finally get that sorted out today so I have not actually been refunded for it yet, for your information!

I am trying to cancel my avg tuneup subscription. I have been all around your site and back again.
You are billing me £3.99 per month, while I have had avg ultimate.
I have followed all your instructions to cancel this and you never have chat operators available no matter what time of day I try.
To be honest I don't like your services and eventually, want to use a different internet security company!
You're all too happy jumping into peoples bank accounts and saying you have automatically renewed something that was not applied for in the first place and I am so sick of all this timewasting inconvennience and negative endurances that you cause your customers!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we found the order for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - unlimited (Monthly subscription).
The automatic renewal for this subscription has been already turned off and it won't be renewing in future.
And the refund for AVG Secure VPN is still in process and it will take 7 business days to reflect on your account.
We would appreciate your patience in this matter.
