Trying to CHANGE from AVG Antivirus TO AVG Ultimate

I've had AVG Pro ( the paid version ) for several years now … IN December 2017 I had some issues and was on line with AVG support and I ended up purchasing AVG Ultimate  -  BUT I said I'll "activate it" when my AVG Antivirus expires in February 2018 … ( now )
I can find reference to the fact that I HAVE a paid version of ULTIMATE … but nowhere can I find an "ACTIVATE NOW" arrangement FOR the ULTIMATE copy I have
There's PLENTY of "reactivate your subscription" buttons - but no "UPGRADE your subscription to something else"  options … :o(

Can anybody PLEASE  advise on how to get my new Ultimate to activate ?
