Trying to change payment method

I am trying to change payment option because I no longer have PayPal (too many phishing problems).
Keep getting a dead end link to contact support . No chat or call link. keeps going back to manage subscription page and dead ends again. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong or is this just a fu…up webpage. Shouldn't be this difficult.
