Trying to charge me when i have no active subscription

I recently received notice that dri avg technologies tried to charge me for a subscription that i dont even have. I chatted with support but they cant help because i have no order number and no active subscription. Because i havent ordered anything. The purchase was declined so i was told that they couldnt see the charge. On my account there is no payment method so idk how they are able to charge my account in the first place.  And after looking on here im not the only person this is happening to.
