Found a virus that AVG (and a whole lot of other programs) can't find (new since the end of Oct).  I want to report the thing (with documentation) but the tech support email function is not working.  Went to AVG chat, and they tell me they can not report it because the 'chat' people have no way of contacting AVG tech support.  Huh?  I find that a bit unbelieveable.  At any rate, all the details can be found at this thread, including screen shots.  I simply want to get the info to AVG so they can update their otherwise fine product.  I'm "Ghengis Jon" in this thread.
