I have gone into my AVG account to download AVG Ultimate (the subscription I've paid for which covers 10 devices but when I download it, it just puts the free version onto my tablet and asks me pay for an upgrade. I've tried several times but the same thing happens. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong. I tried clicking on the 'upgrade' button hoping it would give the opportunity to enter my Activation Key but no such luck.

The device I’m using is an Android and I eventually found the solution on your help pages, so I’m now sorted, thank you. It took a little while but I got there J
