Okay, so this is why I am not seeing my Android device showing up on my computer…right?
I have been pulling my hair out trying to get my android phone covered by AVG protection etc via Zen. The instructions I get are complete nonsense–and even though Zen on my PC now recognizes my android phone–when I click on a product icon–it asks if i want to install it for FREE??? Even though the products are installed on the phone and appear to be working–but are possibly not the full product. Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh–why is AVG now so hopeless–can anyone give me some divine guidance on getting my android phone covered by this pathetic company's products???

I understand how this must be upsetting.
Please be informed that "ZEN" application is no longer available for AVG apps in Android.
Hence, right now, it is not possible for customers to use the invitation code sent from AVG installed on a PC and enter it on AVG app to activate PRO.
However, it is possible for customers to activate PRO in Android by entering their AVG my account credentials.
