Trying to get someone from AVG to respond

AVG is a company that does not carry out what they say they will do. I was to receive a refund October 22, 2024 and still waiting. I have emailed the person I was communicating with and surprise, no response. I have never been so frustrated trying get through by phone to a real person.  I guess it is time to contact BBB and post some google reviews. If I can save one person from having to deal with this company, then I may have done some good. 

does anyone have a legitimate telephone number to call AVG? The one I have is to another company and they referred me to support@avg.com
