Warren, Have you tried updating manually as per your other posting?. Please refrain from carrying out multiple postings on the same subject! You won't obtain an answer to your query any faster!

I have been trying to get this problem straightened out.  It appears that many others are having problems too.  I tried to do updates.  That didn't work.  I tried to uninstall, that didn't work.  I tried to reinstall.  And that doesn't work. Where is your help?
