First, I suggest you to disable enhanced firewall component in AVG Internet Security and try installing program.

I am trying to install Rosetta Stone language tuition. However, I keep getting an error message. Rosetta Stone have tried to help, but it appears to be a problem with my Firewall/Security system, which is preventing the download.
